ABOUT LEILA

Leila is a vibrant culinary bar in the heart of Chinatown, bringing together

Mediterranean-Balkan flavours, cocktails, warm hospitality and lively dining experiences

We are looking for a passionate

Chef de Partie (CDP) / Senior CDP

to join our growing kitchen team.

YOUR ROLE

You will take ownership of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring

quality, consistency and efficiency

throughout preparation and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and operate your assigned kitchen section independently.

Prepare and present dishes according to Leila's standards.

Handle daily mise en place and ensure smooth service.

Maintain food quality, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

Monitor stock, storage and ingredient rotation.

Support and guide Commis Chefs and junior team members.

Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef during service.

Support private events, catering and special dining experiences.

Assist with daily opening and closing kitchen duties.

REQUIREMENTS

2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience

, preferably as a CDP or Demi CDP.

Experience in

Western, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Balkan or similar cuisine

is an advantage.

Able to independently manage a kitchen section during service.

Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and hygiene standards.

Strong teamwork, communication and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Comfortable working evenings, weekends and public holidays.
