Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards

Manage your assigned kitchen station efficiently during preparation and service

Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards within the kitchen

Support inventory preparation and proper food storage

Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service

Requirements

Experience working in a professional restaurant kitchen

Fine dining experience is advantageous

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
