Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations

Supervise kitchen staff and maintain high culinary standards

Ensure consistency in food preparation, quality, and presentation

Monitor inventory, food safety, and kitchen hygiene

Train and mentor junior kitchen team members

Support smooth kitchen operations during service

Requirements

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie

Strong leadership and kitchen management skills

Experience within professional restaurant environments

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
