Agentic AI Technical Expert

Think Media Labs is growing the number of people on its Agentic AI team, and we are looking for an Agentic AI Technical Expert to join us full-time in Dubai.

We are looking for someone who is technically hands-on, has professional experience after graduation, and has worked directly on building or implementing AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and support the implementation of Agentic AI solutions
• Work directly with project teams and participants as they build and test Agentic AI systems
• Provide technical guidance on agent architecture, workflows, APIs, integrations, data, and system configuration
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implementation blockers
• Translate defined use cases and business requirements into working technical implementations
• Review AI builds, identify technical gaps, and recommend practical solutions
• Support testing and validation of agent workflows and actions
• Contribute to workshops, technical sessions, and implementation support activities as required

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience after graduation , ideally within an AI, technology, software, or related role
• Proven hands-on experience building or implementing AI solutions
• Experience with Agentic AI systems, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflow automation
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of LLMs, APIs, integrations, workflow automation, data requirements, and system architecture
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical implementation issues directly
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working within an established company or technology team is preferred
• UAE government or enterprise project experience is an advantage

Candidates should be able to share examples of AI or Agentic AI systems they have personally built or implemented, including their specific technical contribution.

Candidates with direct Microsoft Copilot Studio implementation experience will be given preference.
