We are HIRING for an experienced Product Manager to join an exciting digital transformation programme with a leading financial services organization in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of taking products from concept through to launch and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Product Management experience, ideally within banking or financial services
- Experience building and managing digital products from the ground up
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, UX/UI, and digital platforms
- Experience managing or working closely with Product Owners and cross-functional squads
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics
- Experience working in Agile environments with Design, Engineering, Data, and Business teams
