Product & Analyst Manager – Commercial Cards

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Product & Analyst Manager to support the Corporate/Commercial Cards team of a leading financial services organization. The role combines product support, portfolio analytics, customer onboarding, reporting and stakeholder coordination .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track onboarding activities for new corporate customers, coordinating setup, dependencies and follow-ups.
• Analyze spend, transaction volumes, activation, usage and portfolio performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain dashboards and prepare regular management reports and performance updates.
• Support BAU product activities including sales planning, customer follow-up, business growth and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Track KPIs, deliverables and agreed actions and highlight gaps or improvement opportunities.
• Support product/performance training for sales teams when required.

Contract: 12 Months

Salary: AED 36,000/month

Availability: Immediate / 30 days

Requirements

• Experience in Product Analytics, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Banking Operations or similar.
• Experience with commercial/corporate cards, payments or banking products strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience working with portfolio or customer data.
• Experience in customer onboarding, product setup or operational coordination .
• Strong Excel/dashboarding skills; Power BI, Tableau or SQL exposure is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple BAU activities in a fast-paced client environment.
