Automation & Integration Specialist

About the opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Automation & Integration Specialist who can turn fragmented manual processes into reliable, maintainable workflows and connected systems.

This is not a basic drag-and-drop role. You will work across lead management, marketing, sales, customer service, operations, reporting, AI services, CRM/ERP systems, databases and internal workflows. Strong logic, API knowledge, data handling and troubleshooting are essential.

What you will do

• Design, build and maintain advanced n8n workflows.
• Connect APIs, webhooks, databases, CRM/ERP platforms, AI services and other applications.
• Automate lead capture, enrichment, routing, follow-up, notifications and task creation.
• Build operational workflows for service, reporting, data processing and internal teams.
• Handle authentication, pagination, rate limits, transformations and API edge cases.
• Build error handling, retries, logging, alerts and recovery paths.
• Diagnose failed workflows and integration issues systematically.
• Improve existing automations for reliability, maintainability and performance.
• Work with developers and AI specialists when custom code is required.
• Document workflows so another team member can maintain and support them.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of professional automation, integration, or workflow-engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on n8n experience in real business or production environments.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and API/OAuth authentication.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integrations independently.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, databases, or business software.
• Evidence of real workflows/integration projects you designed and supported.
• JavaScript and/or Python capability is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work full-time from our Dubai office.

Particularly valuable experience

AI integrations, lead-management systems, sales automation, customer-service workflows, payment systems, ERP processes, SQL or data pipelines.

Pay: AED3,384.93 - AED4,575.11 per month
