CRM & ERP Implementation Specialist

About the opportunity

We are looking for an experienced CRM & ERP Implementation Specialist who understands both software configuration and how businesses actually operate.

You will help companies organise the journey from leads and sales through service delivery, operations, invoicing, reporting and ongoing customer management. Projects may combine CRM, ERP, workflow automation, AI-assisted processes and integrations with other business systems.

The right person can understand a messy real-world process, identify what needs to change and translate it into a clean, usable system.

What you will do

• Run discovery sessions and document business requirements.
• Map current processes and design improved future-state workflows.
• Configure modules, pipelines, stages, fields, roles, permissions and reporting.
• Work across sales, customer service, operations, procurement, invoicing and related functions.
• Support data preparation, migration, cleansing and validation.
• Coordinate integrations with websites, forms, automation, payments and other systems.
• Prepare and execute testing/UAT before go-live.
• Train users and prepare practical documentation.
• Troubleshoot post-launch issues and improve adoption.
• Work with developers and automation specialists where custom work is required.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of professional CRM/ERP implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo and/or comparable CRM/ERP platforms.
• Experience delivering implementations for real customers or operating businesses.
• Strong process-mapping and requirements-gathering ability.
• Experience with configuration, permissions, reporting, migration and integrations.
• Good client communication and workshop skills.
• Clear documentation and handover habits.
• Ability to work full-time from our Dubai office.

Particularly valuable experience

Multi-module Odoo deployments, digital transformation, workflow automation, B2B services, multi-department implementation or API integrations.

Pay: AED3,037.96 - AED4,368.70 per month
