UAE Sales & Growth Manager

Aaban Services is looking for a highly experienced, energetic and target-driven UAE Sales & Growth Manager who can take complete responsibility for the company’s sales, business development and market growth across Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai and Fujairah.

The successful candidate will lead the entire sales department, develop new markets, secure corporate and AMC contracts, manage the sales team and achieve the company’s monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of Aaban Services’ sales and growth across the UAE.
• Develop and implement branch-wise sales and expansion strategies.
• Lead, train, motivate and monitor the sales team.
• Generate business from property-management companies, real-estate companies, contracting companies, hotels, restaurants, schools, warehouses and direct property owners.
• Secure AMC contracts for pest control and water-tank cleaning.
• Increase sales of anti-termite treatment, residential and commercial cleaning, AC services, painting and other technical services.
• Build partnerships with developers, contractors, facility-management companies and real-estate agencies.
• Conduct corporate meetings, presentations, negotiations and site visits.
• Ensure timely preparation and follow-up of quotations, proposals and contracts.
• Manage all leads, pipelines, quotations and follow-ups through Odoo CRM.
• Develop new sales channels and identify expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, accounts, customer care, engineers and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s zero-credit and advance-payment policies.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales and growth reports to management.

The required sales mix is 60% AMC contracts and 40% cash jobs.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE sales and business-development experience.
• Experience in pest control, cleaning, facilities management, technical services or property services is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a multi-branch sales team.
• Strong corporate contacts across the UAE.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of AMC contracts, B2B sales and residential service sales.
• Ability to develop strategies and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Experience using Odoo or another CRM system.
• Valid UAE driving licence is required.
• English is mandatory; Arabic, Urdu or Hindi is an advantage.
• Must be willing to travel regularly between Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai and Fujairah.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
