Job Summary

Binghatti is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer – Façade to join our Procurement team in Dubai.

The role will be responsible for managing the procurement of façade-related materials and requirements, developing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring timely delivery in line with project schedules, specifications and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in façade, curtain wall, aluminium, glazing or building envelope procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for façade packages and materials.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors based on technical capability, quality, price and capacity.
• Prepare RFQs, analyse quotations and conduct commercial comparisons.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and contractual conditions.
• Manage purchase orders and monitor supplier/subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate closely with Project, Engineering, QS, Production and Site teams.
• Ensure procurement activities are aligned with project specifications, budgets and timelines.
• Monitor material lead times and proactively address potential delays.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with façade, aluminium, glass and related suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and alternative sourcing.
• Resolve supplier and procurement issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, records and reports.
• Support the wider procurement team with market intelligence and supplier benchmarking.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong experience specifically in Façade / Curtain Wall / Aluminium / Glazing / Building Envelope procurement.
• Strong understanding of façade materials, systems, aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, sealants and related accessories.
• Strong UAE supplier/subcontractor network is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation and commercial management.
• Strong understanding of RFQs, quotation evaluation, purchase orders and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial and cost-control mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and procurement requirements simultaneously.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
