Senior Architectural BIM Manager
Dubai Engineering Consultancy
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural BIM Manager with 10 plus years of experience in Dubai based engineering consultancies. The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural design and technical expertise with advanced BIM management and coordination skills.
Responsibilities :
Manage architectural BIM processes, standards, workflows, and project models using Revit and Navisworks.
Lead multidisciplinary coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP teams, including clash detection and resolution.
Manage submissions and approvals through Dubai authority platforms, including DM, Trakhees, DDA, and Civil Defence.
Ensure designs meet Dubai building regulations, zoning requirements, authority standards, and project specifications.
Review architectural and technical designs to ensure accuracy, coordination, and compliance before submission or client presentation.
Present designs, BIM solutions, and technical proposals to clients and project stakeholders.
Requirements :
- 10 plus years of experience in Dubai engineering consultancies.
- Strong architectural design, technical detailing, and construction knowledge.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
- Practical knowledge of Dubai authority approval processes and requirements.
- Strong BIM coordination and QA QC experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client presentation skills.
- Proven experience delivering architectural projects in Dubai.
