Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Consultant with experience or strong interest in fitness equipment and the fitness industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable fitness equipment, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell fitness equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, strength machines, functional training equipment, and other gym products.
• Understand customers' fitness requirements and recommend suitable equipment and solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries through showroom visits, calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
• Demonstrate fitness equipment features, functions, and benefits to customers.
• Generate new leads and follow up with potential customers to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers within approved pricing guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of fitness equipment, product specifications, pricing, and competitor products.
• Coordinate with the operations, delivery, and installation teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and follow-up activities in the CRM/system.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail sales, fitness equipment, sports products, or gym membership sales is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Passion for fitness, gym equipment, and health & wellness.
• Target-oriented with the ability to convert leads into sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical product features clearly to customers.
• UAE sales experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
