Mind Stream is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a multi-year enterprise digital transformation programme focused on modernising GIS platforms using ESRI ArcGIS and integrating them with core business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end GIS modernisation programme, from requirements through production support.
• Manage integration between GIS and core enterprise business platforms.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure deployment, process automation, data migration, and system cutover.
• Lead phased rollouts across multiple business units with strong project governance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and manage cross-functional vendors.
• Report programme progress, risks, and key decisions to executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in enterprise IT project management and digital transformation programmes.
• Proven GIS project leadership experience using ESRI ArcGIS and spatial data systems.
• Experience in enterprise systems integration, data migration, and system cutover.
• Excellent vendor management, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
