About The Role
Peraton is seeking to hire an experienced Deputy Program Manager for its Regional Cyber Center-Europe program.
Location: On-site, Wiesbaden, Germany
In this role, you will:
- Support the Program Manager in day-to-day program execution, governance, scheduling, and performance management.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of CSSP integration efforts across systems, networks, security operations, and mission partners.
- Serve as the primary coordination lead between the program team, CSSP providers, government stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Oversee integration of CSSP capabilities such as:
- Security monitoring
- Incident response
- Vulnerability management
- Threat intelligence
- Log management and SIEM onboarding
- Continuous diagnostics and mitigation
- Ensure alignment of CSSP integration activities with contractual requirements, cybersecurity policies, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Track program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans related to cybersecurity integration.
- Facilitate technical and programmatic meetings, status reviews, and executive briefings.
- Monitor integration milestones, deliverables, and service transition activities to ensure timely execution.
- Support development and maintenance of program documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including cybersecurity engineers, network teams, system owners, compliance personnel, and operations staff.
- Help drive process improvement initiatives to enhance CSSP onboarding, service delivery, and operational effectiveness.
- Act on behalf of the Program Manager when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
- Must meet TESA requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in CS, Cybersecurity, Data Science, IS, IT, or Software Engineering
- Residential Certification Requirement:
- Must have at least one of any of the following: Cisco Cyber Ops Professional; GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED); GCIH; GCFA; GCFE; GIAC Continuous Monitoring Certification (GMON); GNFA; Blue Team Level 2; Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert; OSDA
- 8140 Requirements: must have at least one of any of the following:
- CEH(P); ECIH; GRID; RCCE Level 1; CBROPS; CCSP; CEH; Cloud+; FITSP-O; GCED; GCIH; GSEC; PenTest+; Security+; CFR; CySA+; GCFA; GCIA; GICSP
- Must be able to obtain with 6 months both of the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation (v4 or above)
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (T5 Investigation).
Details
Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
