Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Specialist at ENATA in Dubai. The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing inventory management, ensuring efficient communication within the supply chain, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Planning, organizing, and supervising inventory forecast schedules, ensuring ordering, shipping and receiving the row materials on time. according to specifications, efficiency, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. 

- Optimizing supply processes and driving operational efficiency.

- Update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.

- Planning and deciding on transportation route to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.

- Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain

factors, such as product cost or quality.

- Quoting for import and export of project related cargo.

- Supervising Procurement, logistics and warehouse.

- Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.

- Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements , planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.

- Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.

- Assisting operation Managers with functions of assessing appropriate material handling.

- Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment: equipment count, merchandise, or

supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records.

- Forecasting demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of products.

Requirments

Experience in AEROSPACE domain.
