Forklift Operator & Dispatch In-Charge

Job Summary

Responsible for safe forklift operations, warehouse material handling, and coordinating daily dispatch activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely for loading, unloading, and movement of materials.
• Manage daily dispatch activities and coordinate with drivers and delivery teams.
• Check goods, quantities, and dispatch documents before loading.
• Ensure proper loading and safe handling of products.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and warehouse records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for smooth deliveries.
• Monitor stock movement and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Ensure the warehouse and loading area are clean and organized.
• Follow company safety procedures and UAE warehouse regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator, Dispatch In-Charge, or similar role.
• Valid UAE Forklift License is required.
• UAE warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of loading, unloading, and dispatch procedures.
• Basic English communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily dispatch requirements.
• Physically fit and safety conscious.
