Inventory Assistant(With UAE Driving License)

The Inventory Assistant supports daily inventory operations, ensures accurate stock records, and assists in maintaining smooth warehouse and asset‑tracking activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and familiarity with inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Monitoring — Track daily stock levels, update inventory logs, and report discrepancies.
• GRN & Documentation — Assist in preparing GRNs, stock movement forms, and inventory reports.
• Physical Verification — Support periodic stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Warehouse Coordination — Work with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, labeling, and movement of items.
• Asset Tracking — Assist in tagging, updating, and maintaining asset registers.
• System Updates — Enter inventory transactions in ERP/IMS and ensure data accuracy.
• Reporting — Prepare daily/weekly inventory summaries for supervisors.
• Compliance Support — Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• UAE Driving License Mandatory
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or storekeeping roles
• Basic knowledge of inventory processes, stock movement, and documentation
• Familiarity with ERP/IMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in fast‑paced warehouse environments

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
