Administration Assistant

Job Summary

Provide administrative support for operations, including import and export shipments, inventory control, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities

Import & Export Coordination

Process import and export shipment documents.

Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and transporters.

Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain accurate shipment records and filing.

Inventory Management

Update inventory transactions in the system.

Monitor stock movements and inventory accuracy.

Assist with stock counts and stock reconciliation.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Administration

Prepare delivery orders, goods receipt notes, and related documents.

Maintain proper records and reports.

Support warehouse operations and order fulfillment activities.

Liaise with internal departments on inventory and shipment matters.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent qualification.

1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory administration.

Knowledge of import/export documentation is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
