QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Assisting Project QA/QC Manager to manage a field document control system for construction drawings, specifications, test and inspection reports, vendor data, and as-built drawings

Assuring that the contract obligations for testing and record keeping are adhered to

Compile inspection records for MDR (Manufacturing/Quality Dossiers)

Coordinate with the client for review and approval of the MDR

Check & monitor progress/approval reports status daily, weekly, and monthly, track storing, loading, and delivery to the project site

Ensuring proper turnover of complete quality control, ensuring that turnover documentation is maintained, organized, and turned over on schedule

Establish and maintain inspection records and NDT progress status on a periodic basis as required by the project schedule

Generate weld rejection rate summary and bi-weekly welder performance

Facilitating Root Cause analysis process for site-level NCRs and ensuring corrective action and preventive action are acceptable and approves NCR prior to input in QMS

Mentoring preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project/ Activity commencement.

Providing guidance and advice to the Project Manager on significant changes to the quality management system that have a direct impact on site operations.

Processing, evaluating, and submitting on time, completed Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CAR), Inspections, and audit reports to the Project QA/QC Manager

Reviewing the inspection for client representative/third party laboratory and subcontractors.

Good analytical skills, self-motivated Meticulous, has a keen eye for details, good planning, and good team player

Min. Diploma in Engineering / Civil / Marine / Quality Engineering

Min 3 years QA/QC experience in Construction or Oil/Gas industries
