Job responsibilities

Your mission

You will provide a wide range of support for all tasks in which our store team requires additional help, for ex.

• Welcoming our clients.
• Ensuring that our clients feel comfortable in our luxurious store environment at all times.
• Organizational support in After Sales Service, stockroom and deliveries.
• Representing RIMOWA in the best luxury way.
• Outgoing, customer-focused, and an intuitive sense for Luxury: as the newest RIMOWA member, you'll strengthen our customer relationships and continue to build them through first-class consultations. The connection to our customers doesn't end when they leave the store - as an after-sales professional, you'll continue to be a professional point of contact for all after sales topics.

Profile

Your experience and skills

• We are looking forward to your experience in the luxury sector, but also welcome you as a new starter in our team.
• For advising our international customers, you speak fluent the national language and English, ideally you have additional language skills. The customer experience is important to you - you are passionate about selling luxury products.
