Director Controlling & Investments (m/f/d)

• Review operational and financial performance of one or more subsidiaries and thoroughly understand and challenge underlying business events and planning assumptions.

• Coordinate monthly management reporting, forecasts and budgets with the subsidiaries in accordance with Group requirements.

• Evaluate upcoming investment decisions, coordinate Group approval processes and provide assessments of investment proposals.

• Analyze and evaluate the performance of historical investment decisions.

• Perform ad-hoc analyses for requests of the top management and support the preparation of Executive Committee as well as Board of Directors meetings.

• Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on finance or accounting.

• Around 7 years of professional experience in management reporting and investment controlling, or a related field.

• Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail, high commitment, and sound business judgment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.

• The ability to collaborate effectively across departments, businesses, and territories and to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.

• Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with finance systems and BI solutions, knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation, AnaplanXL and OneStream is a strong plus.

• Fluency in German and English, proficiency in French language is a plus.
