Senior Land Surveyor - Sewerage Treatment Plant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will lead surveying operations and provide critical technical expertise for sewerage treatment plant projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex surveying tasks efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive land surveys and site assessments for sewerage treatment plant projects, utilizing advanced surveying equipment and technology

• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed technical reports, site plans, and documentation in compliance with UAE construction standards and regulations

• Manage and oversee surveying teams, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks

• Utilize AutoCAD, GIS software, and surveying instruments to create accurate site maps and technical drawings

• Coordinate with civil engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure surveying data aligns with project specifications and design requirements

• Perform quality control checks on all surveying work to maintain precision and accuracy standards

• Maintain organized records of all survey data, measurements, and project documentation

• Stay current with advancements in surveying technology, including GPS/GNSS systems and drone surveying applications

• Ensure compliance with local surveying regulations, safety protocols, and environmental requirements specific to Dubai and the UAE

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior surveying staff

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in land surveying with at least 5 years dedicated to wastewater or sewerage treatment plant projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software, and surveying data analysis tools

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and sewerage treatment plant design and construction

• Demonstrated expertise in site analysis, measurement accuracy, and technical documentation

• Candidates with previous Dubai Municipality approval preferred.
