In order to support the ACM Secondment Team in Hamburg, Airbus Commercial is looking for an

Aircraft Manager (d/f/m) 

The position located in Hamburg-Finkenwerder and is part of the ACM Secondment Team within Airbus Commercial Aircraft. The position combines technical understanding, stakeholder management and production-related activities in an international environment.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Act as a key interface between Engineering, Production, Procurement and other business stakeholders throughout the aircraft manufacturing process

Coordinate and monitor activities to ensure smooth aircraft delivery and operational performance

Support production teams in resolving technical and operational issues within the cabin and aircraft environment

Manage and coordinate stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities

Monitor risks, identify potential bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions when required

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production and operational environment

Support planning, tracking and execution of aircraft-related activities to meet quality, cost and delivery targets

Prepare and present status updates to internal stakeholders and management teams

Ensure compliance with Airbus processes, procedures and quality standards

Work closely with international teams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment

Desired skills and qualifications

Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a comparable technical field

3 years of professional experience in production-related or operational environments is highly desirable

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working with SAP or similar ERP system

Confident working in cross-functional and international teams

Fluent in German and English (both mandatory), French language skills are considered a plus

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Engineering, Produktion, Einkauf und weiteren Fachbereichen im Flugzeugfertigungsprozess

Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Aktivitäten zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Flugzeugauslieferung

Unterstützung der Produktion bei technischen und operativen Fragestellungen

Steuerung und Abstimmung verschiedener Stakeholder auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen

Identifikation potenzieller Risiken sowie Einleitung und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Maßnahmen

Mitarbeit bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen innerhalb des Produktionsumfeldes

Unterstützung bei Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung produktionsrelevanter Aktivitäten

Erstellung und Präsentation von Statusberichten für interne Stakeholder und das Management

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Airbus-Prozessen sowie Qualitätsstandards

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams in einem dynamischen Umfeld

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem produktionsnahen Umfeld ist von Vorteil

Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten

Fähigkeit, mehrere Schnittstellen und Prioritäten gleichzeitig zu koordinieren

Gute Kenntnisse industrieller Prozesse und Abläufe

Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen

Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Teamfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in internationalen Arbeitsumfeldern

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
