Job Overview
The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will manage and improve PSI’s overall digital marketing performance, making sure marketing activities bring real business results, not just leads, clicks, or traffic. The role will manage digital campaigns and budgets, track customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), conversions, revenue, and profitability, and improve the full customer journey from the first enquiry until the final transaction. The person will also manage and support SEO, AEO, GEO, CRM, marketing automation, MarTech platforms, AI projects, websites, digital tools, reporting, and system integrations. They will work closely with Sales, CRM, Finance, Data, Technology, Product teams, and external vendors to identify problems, improve marketing and sales performance, manage digital projects, and make sure marketing budgets and technology investments are producing good business value.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Commercial Performance
- Manage digital marketing budgets and support the digital marketing P&L.
- Plan and manage digital acquisition across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, property portals, websites, landing pages, and other digital channels.
- Measure marketing performance based on CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, conversions, revenue, profitability, and customer value.
- Understand how marketing spend, lead quality, sales conversion, transaction value, and customer value affect business results.
- Track actual marketing performance against budgets, targets, forecasts, and expected returns.
- Identify areas where marketing budget is not performing well and recommend where investment should be increased, reduced, or moved.
- Work with Sales, Finance, and Data teams to improve revenue tracking and understand the actual value generated from marketing activities.
- Make sure campaigns are tracked from advertising spend through lead generation, sales follow-up, conversion, transaction, and customer value.
Customer Acquisition & Funnel Management
- Manage and review the full customer journey from advertising and enquiry through qualification, sales follow-up, viewing, negotiation, transaction, and customer value.
- Monitor CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC ratio, ROAS, conversion rates, cost per transaction, revenue per customer, marketing efficiency, and channel profitability.
- Work with Sales and CRM teams to understand lead quality and identify where customers are being lost in the sales funnel.
- Identify whether performance issues are caused by marketing, lead quality, response time, lead routing, sales conversion, pricing, inventory, customer experience, or other business factors.
- Improve lead capture, routing, follow-up, nurturing, qualification, conversion, retention, and speed-to-lead.
- Identify opportunities to improve repeat business, referrals, cross-selling, upselling, and customer lifetime value where applicable.
SEO, AEO & GEO
- Manage and improve PSI’s organic search visibility through SEO.
- Coordinate technical SEO, on-page SEO, content structure, internal linking, metadata, keywords, website performance, and authority building.
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions, CAC, and revenue contribution.
- Support Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to improve PSI’s visibility in search answers, featured results, voice search, and AI-powered search.
- Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve PSI’s visibility across generative AI platforms and AI search engines.
- Work with content, website, development, and digital teams to make sure search requirements are properly implemented.
- Support structured data, schema markup, content structure, and other technical improvements that help search engines and AI platforms understand PSI’s properties, projects, locations, services, and market expertise.
MarTech, CRM & Digital Platforms
- Manage the marketing side of PSI’s MarTech platforms and systems.
- Maintain visibility over marketing platforms, subscriptions, vendors, integrations, and related costs.
- Coordinate integrations between CRM, websites, applications, analytics tools, advertising platforms, WhatsApp, lead-management systems, and other business platforms.
- Identify duplicated, unnecessary, underused, or inefficient marketing technology.
- Evaluate whether MarTech investments are delivering enough business value.
- Support and manage marketing requirements for websites, landing pages, mobile applications, CRM solutions, dashboards, marketing automation, lead-routing systems, customer engagement platforms, and other digital products.
- Gather business requirements, define customer journeys and workflows, and coordinate with Product, Technology, Data, UI/UX teams, developers, and vendors.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), track bugs and improvements, and monitor platform performance after launch.
AI & Automation
- Coordinate AI projects related to marketing, customer engagement, lead management, sales support, content, analytics, search, and automation.
- Identify opportunities where AI can reduce acquisition costs, improve conversion, increase customer value, improve productivity, or reduce operating costs.
- Support projects involving conversational AI, AI calling, chatbots, lead qualification, content automation, recommendation systems, predictive models, and customer segmentation.
- Prepare business cases for AI projects based on cost, expected benefits, revenue opportunities, efficiency, customer value, and ROI.
- Monitor AI solutions after implementation to confirm whether they are delivering the expected results.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Make sure digital marketing decisions are supported by reliable customer and business data.
- Build and maintain reporting that connects marketing activities with customer acquisition, revenue, LTV, and overall business performance.
- Monitor acquisition performance by source, campaign, audience, project, location, product, and other relevant areas.
- Compare CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, conversion, and profitability across different channels and campaigns.
- Identify gaps in tracking, attribution, or reporting and work with the relevant teams to fix them.
- Turn digital performance data into clear recommendations for management.
- Ensure dashboards focus on meaningful business results rather than only impressions, clicks, traffic, leads, or CPL.
Budgeting, Projects & Vendors
- Support annual and periodic digital marketing budget planning and forecasting.
- Prepare forecasts based on CAC, LTV, conversion rates, revenue targets, inventory, and business priorities.
- Track actual spending and results against forecasts.
- Manage digital, AI, and MarTech projects involving different departments and external vendors.
- Prepare project requirements, timelines, action plans, responsibilities, and status updates.
- Identify project risks, delays, dependencies, and unresolved requirements.
- Evaluate digital agencies, AI companies, technology providers, platforms, and MarTech vendors based on cost, business requirements, scalability, expected benefits, and ROI.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed requirements and expected results.
- Maintain proper documentation for major platforms, integrations, subscriptions, workflows, investments, and projects.
