ELV Estimation Engineer with UAE Experience

Reporting To: Technical Sales Manager / Business Development Director

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

• Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals.
• Design and develop ELV system layouts, BOQs, schematics, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing, compliance, and technical support.
• Provide technical support and presentations during client meetings and bid evaluations.
• Conduct site surveys and develop design solutions based on project requirements.
• Ensure all designs comply with local authority standards (DCD, SIRA, Etisalat, DU, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and project specifications (tenders, RFQs, RFPs) to propose suitable ELV solutions.
• Design and engineer integrated ELV systems that align with client needs and budget.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, including BOMs, compliance statements, and system architecture diagrams.
• Support the sales team with product presentations, technical clarifications, and solution demonstrations to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing, product data sheets, and solution alignment.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site surveys, and technical discussions as needed.
• Provide technical documentation and support during the handover to the project implementation team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ELV products, technologies, and trends in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of ELV Presales / Design / Estimation experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and technical proposal preparation.
• Strong understanding of system integration and network design concepts.
