Role Description The L&D Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that support the development of PSI team members across sales, listing, leasing, marketing, business development, and other departments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs assessments, creating instructional materials, facilitating workshops and coaching sessions, and managing learning activities within the organization’s learning systems. The L&D Specialist collaborates with department leaders to align learning initiatives with business goals, tracks training effectiveness through data and feedback, and continuously updates content to reflect industry best practices. The role also supports onboarding programs, career development pathways, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster a culture of learning and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Identifies training needs and carries out capability assessments across PSI.

-Helps business functions’ Line Managers identify the skills required for their team members through career pathing and clients’ journeys in order to develop the learning modules.

-Creates flexible and innovative learning courses.

-Designs blended learning modules, lessons and delivery methods.

-Creates flexible and innovative learning courses.

-Develops assessments based on impact-measurement with different methodologies.

-Researches and applies different learning theories to ensure that staff get the best out of their development and that they excel at their jobs.

-Designs a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programs.

-Supports the ToT programs.

-Responsible for the entire LMS and other platforms administration including scheduling, assigning modules, uploads, assessments, analytics, dashboards and reporting.

-Creates and develops workflows & all clients’ journeys on LMS and other platforms.

-Deliver identified learning programs to custom target audience of behavioral and system skills based on business needs.

-Benchmark good practices, both internally and externally and recommend solutions to address identified needs related to talent development and employee engagement

-Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.

-Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

**-**Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+7 years of experience Human Resource/Training/Training role.

-Extremely organized and detail oriented

-Ability to design different learning methods and mapping them with related impact assessments.

**-**Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
