Logistics Coordinator, Air & Sea Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the site operations team.

• Coordinating the efficient and safe operation of the yard by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.

• Keeping accurate records and documentation of yard activities.

• Ensuring team availability for operations.

• Updating daily reports related to operation.

• Sending the daily activities report to manager.

• Ensuring that the team follows the safety rules and regulations.

• Managing total task in hand, completion date and work under progress.

• Performing any other tasks that may be assigned by the manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

Education – Bachelor degree

Work Experience – 2 years of experience in Logistics industry

Specific Skills –

• Bilingual is preferable
• Communication Skills (Spoken and Written)
• Planning Skills and Team Management skills
• Organization Skills
• Problem Solving Skills
• Able to work independently.
• Result Oriented
