Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct credit analysis and on-site credit assessments for end customers/agents within the region in accordance with headquarters' credit policies; comprehensively evaluate customers' operational status, financial condition, industry position, and repayment capacity; and prepare credit assessment reports.
  2. Oversee daily monitoring of accounts receivable within the assigned region; regularly track customer payment progress; identify overdue payments in a timely manner and issue early warnings to the corresponding product lines; prepare monthly regional accounts receivable analysis reports.
  3. Establish, maintain, and manage risk control channels within the region, including the registration of mortgages or retention of title, and collaboration with credit bureaus.
  4. Support the development of financial institutions, maintain relationships with financial partners, and facilitate the progress of third-party financing orders within the region.
  5. Promote compliance management of credit sales operations within the region and assist with document management.
  6. Conduct relevant market research within the region.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions or corporate credit analysis. Experience in the construction machinery industry is preferred.
  3. Familiar with credit risk investigation procedures; proficient in writing credit reports; strong capabilities in asset analysis, risk assessment, financial analysis, and negotiation.
  4. Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CPA are preferred.
  5. Fluent in English and German as working languages (Chinese is a plus).
  6. Familiar with the local legal environment and corporate regulations in Germany; knowledge of the German Banking Act (KWG) and Basel III regulatory framework is preferred.
  7. Valid German/EU driving license is required.
