Job Responsibilities
- Conduct credit analysis and on-site credit assessments for end customers/agents within the region in accordance with headquarters' credit policies; comprehensively evaluate customers' operational status, financial condition, industry position, and repayment capacity; and prepare credit assessment reports.
- Oversee daily monitoring of accounts receivable within the assigned region; regularly track customer payment progress; identify overdue payments in a timely manner and issue early warnings to the corresponding product lines; prepare monthly regional accounts receivable analysis reports.
- Establish, maintain, and manage risk control channels within the region, including the registration of mortgages or retention of title, and collaboration with credit bureaus.
- Support the development of financial institutions, maintain relationships with financial partners, and facilitate the progress of third-party financing orders within the region.
- Promote compliance management of credit sales operations within the region and assist with document management.
- Conduct relevant market research within the region.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related fields. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions or corporate credit analysis. Experience in the construction machinery industry is preferred.
- Familiar with credit risk investigation procedures; proficient in writing credit reports; strong capabilities in asset analysis, risk assessment, financial analysis, and negotiation.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CPA are preferred.
- Fluent in English and German as working languages (Chinese is a plus).
- Familiar with the local legal environment and corporate regulations in Germany; knowledge of the German Banking Act (KWG) and Basel III regulatory framework is preferred.
- Valid German/EU driving license is required.
