NES Fircroft is supporting a leading pharmaceutical organization in their search for a Senior Associate – Supply Chain (Warehouse Capacity Management) . This is an exciting opportunity for a supply chain professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision making to help optimize warehouse capacity across a complex global network.

The Role

As a Senior Associate Supply Chain, you will play a key role in managing and improving warehouse capacity visibility, reporting, and analytics. Working closely with site SMEs, planning teams, and system owners, you will support strategic capacity planning through dashboards, reporting automation, and data-driven insights that help identify risks and opportunities across the supply chain network.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, driving continuous improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders in an international environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You will:

  • Maintain and validate warehouse capacity data, including storage types, pallet configurations, and capacity constraints across assigned sites
  • Perform recurring capacity analyses and scenario assessments to identify utilization gaps, risks, and data quality issues
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve warehouse capacity dashboards and automated reporting solutions
  • Support the execution of initiatives within the Warehouse Capacity Roadmap and deliver agreed milestones
  • Translate business and governance requirements into meaningful dashboards, reports, and analytical deliverables
  • Support planning and governance processes by preparing reporting outputs and analytical insights
  • Monitor warehouse capacity performance and proactively identify emerging capacity risks
  • Collaborate with planning teams, site experts, and system owners to ensure timely and accurate data inputs
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, visibility, and decision-making
  • Contribute to standardization and governance of capacity management processes across the organization

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with SAP, particularly in inventory management, capacity planning, and Plan-to-Stock processes
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with Power BI and Databricks is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Experience within a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environment is a plus
  • Project management experience is considered advantageous
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
