The mandate

Our clients are established regulated independents, not start ups: multi family offices and asset managers with institutional custody, open architecture and their own investment teams. Several are consolidating rather than being consolidated.

Remuneration

The independent side is structured differently from a bank. The fixed component is typically lower and your share of the revenue materially higher, with equity available in several cases. We will tell you exactly what each mandate pays before you meet anyone.
