We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate to work closely with the founders and help build Geniefy from an early-stage startup into a category-defining company.

ㅤ

This is not a role where you watch from the sidelines, prepare endless slides, or wait for someone to give you a perfectly defined task.

ㅤ

You’ll work on real problems, with real customers, and own things from “we should do this” to done.

ㅤ

What is Geniefy?

ㅤ

Geniefy builds the operations layer for German property management. Our AI agents handle phone calls, WhatsApp, emails and the workflows behind them, from understanding an incoming request to triggering the next steps in the existing CRM or ERP.

ㅤ

We’re EXIST funded by the BMWE, supported by TUM, Hochschule München, AINations, SCE, TMA and the UnternehmerTUM ecosystem, and already powering operations across 40,000+ residential units.

What you’ll do

ㅤ

There isn’t one fixed box. You join as our first operator and work with both founders on the things that grow the company. You’ll typically pick 2 to 3 areas based on your strengths and own them fully.

ㅤ

• GTM & Sales: Test channels, research markets, build campaigns and turn ideas into experiments

• Customers: Join meetings, onboard new customers, understand what they actually need and make sure we deliver

• Product & AI: Analyse conversations and workflows, identify patterns and turn customer problems into product improvements

• Partnerships: Work with software partners and build relationships across the PropTech ecosystem

• Operations: Improve the systems and processes that help us move faster

• Research & Analytics: Pricing, unit economics, market research and competitor intelligence

• Special Projects: If something important comes up and nobody owns it yet, you probably will :)

One day you might analyse thousands of customer interactions. The next, you could prepare a product launch, sit in a customer workshop, test an AI workflow or figure out how we enter a new market.

Who we’re looking for

ㅤ

We care much more about how you think and what you get done than about a specific degree or number of years on your CV. You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:

ㅤ

• have unusually high ownership and initiative

• learn fast and are comfortable figuring things out yourself

• are analytical but also good with people

• communicate clearly and turn messy problems into concrete next steps

• enjoy technology, AI and building things

• want to understand what building a startup actually looks like from the inside

ㅤ

You could be a student, recent graduate, researcher, PhD candidate or someone with a few years of experience.

ㅤ

Professional German (C1 or equivalent) is required , as most of our customers operate in German.

ㅤ

And no, we don’t expect you to already know everything about property management. You’ll learn that part pretty quickly. :)

Compensation

ㅤ

We currently have an EXIST-funded position available. Depending on your profile and formal EXIST eligibility:

• Student: €1,000 / month

• Graduate: €2,500 / month

• PhD: €3,000 / month

ㅤ

For other working models, we can discuss the setup individually.
