Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Type: Fulltime Permanent

Location: Singapore Central

Key Responsibilities:

• Support full-life cycle recruitment for the SEA market (Singapore, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Philippines, etc.);
• Partner closely with Account Managers (AMs), BD, and client teams to clarify hiring requirements, prioritize urgent requisitions, and provide timely recruitment status updates;
• Utilize and maximize recruitment channels (e.g., SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, referral programs) to build strong talent pipelines and ensure a steady volume of high-quality CVs.
• Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate journey and post-hire follow-up;
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the systems and prepare regular reporting on key recruitment metrics;
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on talent acquisition / recruitment experience.
• Good understanding of SEA regional talent markets, local recruitment channels, and end-to-end hiring practices.
• Proven track record in recruiting for IT, finance, or professional services sectors; client-facing recruitment experience is a plus.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
