Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) processes across utility-scale renewable energy projects
• Assist in maintaining project quality documentation, records, and reports throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the preparation and administration of quality documents, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs), and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of the Document Management System (DMS), including document control, routing, tracking, and archival activities
• Support internal quality audits and document compliance reviews to ensure adherence to project and organizational quality standards
• Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance QAQC workflows, documentation practices, and digital processes
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support quality-related activities and ensure accurate documentation

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Background in Engineering, Quality Management, Project Management, Renewable Energy or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and organize information effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about quality management practices within renewable energy projects
• Interest in digitalization, process improvement, automation, or AI-based solutions will be an added advantage
