Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance teams, and external stakeholders

Ensuring maintenance activities are carried out safely and in compliance with Air Products procedures

Supporting efforts to minimize plant downtime and improve equipment reliability

Acting as a trusted partner to the Maintenance Manager and supporting the wider maintenance organization

What we're looking for

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic industrial environment and enjoys taking ownership.

You bring:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Engineering, Turnaround Planning, Reliability Engineering, or a similar industrial role

Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Good knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment such as rotating equipment, piping systems, pressure equipment, and maintenance execution practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Fluent German and English language skills (French is a plus)

Willingness to travel regularly between sites
