AV Project Manager

Position: AV Project Manager

Location: Berlin, Germany

Salary: €60,000 - €65,000

We are looking for an experienced AV Project Manager to relocate to Germany to join our Berlin team!

Your Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for all audiovisual and media technology matters
• Responsible for the technical planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality events
• Preparing quotes and managing service providers; planning materials and logistics
• Planning and achieving revenue targets for one or more hotels
• Staff scheduling in coordination with regional management
• Ensuring quality standards are met

About You

• Trained as an event technology specialist, event management professional, or electrical engineer, or in related professions, degree programs, or any other education industry-related courses
• Several years of professional experience in the events industry with a focus on AV media technology
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Strong focus on customer service and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Very good spoken and written level of English and good spoken and written level of German
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with Easjob is desirable
• CAD skills
