• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using a low-power microscope.
• Conduct measurements using Measuring Scope/SmartScope/Digital Indicator/Guages
• Verify that products meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Record inspection results accurately in inspection reports, check sheets, or quality systems.
• Identify non-conforming products and report issues to the supervisor.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions and work with production to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain documentation of inspection records and ensure equipment.
