QC Inspector

Job Description:

• Conduct online (in-process) quality checks during production to ensure compliance with ISO/FSSC standards
• Inspect finished products quality, ensuring correct labelling and no food safety or quality issues
• Verify labelling accuracy on products and secondary packaging
• Monitor cooking temperature, chilling conditions, and process parameters to ensure compliance with CCP monitoring requirements
• Perform GMP checks (personal hygiene, housekeeping, and cross-contamination control)
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000)
• Carry out pest control monitoring and checks, ensuring no pest issues within production areas
• Ensure proper FIFO practices are followed for raw materials and finished products
• Report any quality issues, deviations, or abnormalities immediately
• Support QA/QC team during internal and external audits and inspection checks
