Planning Coordinator (m/f/d) - Production Material Control, Etten-Leur

As a Planning Coordinator (m/f/d) - Production Material Control, you'll be responsible for the best possible execution and scheduling of sales orders.

You'll monitor the process and ensure that deviations are detected promptly, ensuring timely delivery and within budget. In this Planner role, you'll be the link between production, supply chain, sales, and engineering.

Your role

• You are responsible for the sales order planning and assure that agreed delivery commitments are met.

• You will evaluate daily the initial planning issued by Order Management and improve wherever possible.

• As production Planner you work closely with customers, sales, internal and external suppliers to achieve a great customer experience.

• To be successful it is crucial to maintain and update the planning data in SAP, to do so you will actively participate in planning meetings.

• If you see bottlenecks or possible delays in production, you will anticipate on it.

• Analyse and report on late deliveries to customers and recommend improvement actions to avoid future late deliveries.

Your Profile

• You hold a bachelor’s degree (e.g. industrial engineering, supply chain).

• Min. 1-2 years work experience with planning in a similar role.

• You speak and write fluently in English, additionally German and Dutch are preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of raw materials such as castings and machining activities are a big plus as well as some general knowledge of metals and alloys.

• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels in the Flowserve organization.

• You have strong negotiating and evaluation skills.
