Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in the field of Customer Engagement Management & Healthcare Communications. Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You support the team in creating communication content, preparing reports and presentations, and managing communication platforms and CMS (Content Management Systems)
• You contribute to the execution of our executive customer events, including their planning and organization
• You help us to research top-of-mind healthcare topics and turn relevant insights into valuable input for internal and external communication activities
• Together with us you will coordinate internal meetings, keep overviews and status presentations up to date, and take ownership of defined tasks independently
• You support the implementation of communication activities, such as deadline tracking, proofreading, filling in templates, and preparing sending lists
• You prepare communication materials for healthcare leaders and support the release and distribution process

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are successfully studying Health Economics, Healthcare Management, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, Management or something similar
• You have very good skills with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ideally, you are familiar with tasks within the area of Communication and Marketing

Your attributes and skills:

• You have advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
• You are interested in current trends and topics regarding the healthcare market
• You possess a Hands-on-mentality, proactively, high level of initiative, strong communication and teamwork skills, implementation of assigned tasks without problems, accurate work
• You are happy to be part of a team that works with international colleagues and customers
