We are looking for a professional to join our EMEA Communications & Branding team on an 18-month maternity cover contract.

In this role, you will focus on the planning, promotion, and delivery of customer-facing events across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help create engaging event experiences that support business priorities and strengthen customer relationships.

You may also support wider marketing communications activities, including digital campaigns and content creation.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering assigned events on time, on budget, and to the required quality standard, while providing accurate post-event reporting and recommendations. You will also ensure invoices are processed according to agreed terms and collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to meet business and event objectives.

This role involves managing day-to-day decisions related to event planning, logistics, and supplier coordination within an agreed scope and budget, and escalating decisions where needed.

  • Plan and deliver EMEA events, including trade shows and customer engagement formats
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, external suppliers, logistics, communications, and on-site delivery
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, promotional activities, and key deliverables
  • Develop digital assets such as registration forms, landing pages, and promotional materials
  • Support the development of digital and physical exhibits, installations, and event environments
  • Prepare post-event reports, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage invoicing and payment schedules
  • Apply digital tools and best practices to continuously improve customer experience and efficiency
  • Create digital content for a variety of formats and audiences
  • Support wider marketing communications projects as needed

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in marketing communications and event management
  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills
  • Confidence managing suppliers, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Experience creating digital content and promotional assets
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a hands-on approach to delivery
  • Ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and countries in an EMEA environment
