Job description

Corporate Driver to Senior Management

This role demands a strong focus on compliance, safety, confidentiality, and service excellence, while

ensuring the assigned vehicle remains roadworthy, clean, and presentable always.

  • Safely transport senior management to/from offices, meetings, airports, and events, ensuring comfort and a high standard of service. Ensuring comfort and safety throughout the journey.

  • Maintain punctuality for all pick‑ups and drop‑offs; promptly communicate delays or disruptions to the Office Manager. Plan optimal routes in advance, factoring traffic, weather, security, and contingency options to meet schedule commitments.

  • Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and roadworthy; perform routine checks and arrange servicing as required.

  • Support ad hoc driving needs and maintain flexibility for early/late shifts and occasional weekends/public holidays.

  • Communicate effectively with Senior Management to understand transportation needs and personal preferences.

  • Do not use a mobile phone while driving except legally and safely via hands‑free; maintain a smoke‑free vehicle.

  • Maintain fitness to drive (no driving while fatigued, unwell, or under the influence of alcohol/drugs/impairing medication).

Workplace Specialist

This role is responsible for enhancing employee experience by ensuring a well-maintained office environment, 

providing concierge-style support, coordinating logistics for events and meetings, managing facilities and inventory, and continuously improving workplace services.

  • Serve as the workplace guru and first point of contact for employees, and resolving office queries quickly

  • Communicate office updates, guidelines, and service changes via email, signage, and collaboration channels.

  • Log, track, and close facility requests; escalate issues to building management or vendors as needed.

  • Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance with vendors and building management, ensuring minimal disruption.

  • Support day‑to‑day office/admin needs to enable smooth business operations.

  • Coordinate logistics manpower office events and meetings, including room/venue readiness, logistics, and basic AV/materials checks.

  • Coordinate deliveries and courier services, including pick‑up/drop‑off scheduling and tracking.

  • Maintain stock and replenishment for office equipment and consumables (e.g., printers, plotters, paper, toner).

  • Maintain asset lists for workplace equipment and coordinate periodic servicing.

  • Support space & seating plans, and occupancy tracking.

  • Provide project support for printing and uploading documents on an ad hoc basis.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies 

  • Proven experience in facilities or workplace operations

  • Strong people‑first mindset with excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

  • Valid Class 3C driving license (or local equivalent) with 5+ years of driving experience; prior Corporate Driver experience preferred. Company vehicle provided

  • Clean driving record and strong familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and journey planning.

  • Ability to work independently, adapt to last‑minute changes.

  • Strict discretion and confidentiality regarding identities, routes, schedules, conversations, and documents.

  • Well groomed, professional appearance; basic vehicle care knowledge.

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (or) to be deployed flexibly across weekdays (Monday to Friday) in accordance with operational requirements.

  • Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays availability as needed upon request
