Wir sind derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Datenmanager für eine Teilzeitstelle in unserem Büro in Haar bei München. Als Datenmanager werden Sie Daten aus PDF-Dokumenten in die hauseigene User Interface des Unternehmens eingeben und wiederkehrende Aufgaben und Prozesse unterstützen.

Aufgaben:

Eingabe von Daten aus PDF-Dokumenten in das unternehmenseigene User Interface

Hochladen von PDF-Dokumenten in interne Systeme

Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität und -qualität durch genaue und zuverlässige Eingabe

Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung im Finanzbereich

Profil:

Hohe Genauigkeit und Detailorientierung

Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen

Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
