WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Agency Sales Trainee, you will:

• Connect with prospective clients through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach

• Learn how to identify client needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions

• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and regular communication

• Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth

• Manage leads, follow-ups, and client communication using CRM tools

• Participate in ongoing sales and product training

• Work alongside an experienced team while developing your skills and confidence

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude

• Comfortable starting conversations and connecting with new people

• Coachable and eager to learn

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
