We're looking for a motivated Founder's Associate Intern (m/f/d) to join and drive projects across commercial and operations at one of our Ecosystem companies.

This is not a typical internship. You're part of the core team from day one. As Founder's Associate Intern, you'll work directly with the founding team on the operational and strategic development of the business, owning projects across sales, product, and strategy and turning ideas into action immediately.

In this role, you’ll:

• Identify and approach potential customers, and support demos and onboardings

• Plan, run, and evaluate sales and marketing campaigns

• Conduct research and validate hypotheses through customer interviews

• Build presentations and materials

• Support on documentation, research, and recruiting as needed

Your Profile: 

• Structured work style with fast, independent execution

• High quality standards and attention to detail

• Relevant experience from consulting, startups, or VC

• Authentic, resilient, with high urgency

• Analytically sharp: you question assumptions and work with data, not gut feeling alone

• Passion for startups, growth, and entrepreneurship

• Strong communication skills in German and English

Please note that this position is based in Hamburg (on-site). This is a 6-month, full-time internship.
