About the Role

Emirates is seeking Cabin Crew professionals to deliver the airline's signature Fly Better experience. Cabin Crew members are responsible for passenger safety, comfort, onboard service, and cabin standards while working collaboratively with an international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional onboard customer service aligned with Emirates standards.
• Maintain passenger safety and comfort throughout each flight.
• Manage onboard food, beverage, and passenger service.
• Respond professionally to passenger requests and concerns.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and presentation.
• Work effectively with fellow Cabin Crew members to ensure smooth flight operations.
• Represent the Emirates brand with professionalism and confidence.
• Follow all applicable safety, security, and service procedures.

• Basic salary: AED 4,980 per month.
• Flying pay: AED 69.60 per hour based on flying hours.
• Average monthly pay: AED 11,244.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age .
• Minimum Grade 12/high school education .
• At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience .
• Fluent written and spoken English .
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Minimum height of 160 cm with the ability to reach 212 cm .
• Ability to meet UAE employment visa requirements.
• No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates Cabin Crew uniform.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer-service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous airline or aviation experience.
• Hospitality, tourism, customer service, or other passenger-facing experience.
• Additional language proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A confident, professional, and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
