Electrical Engineer - DM

We are looking for an experienced Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Electrical Engineer to join our Interior Fit-Out team.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all electrical works for interior fit-out projects, including commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential projects.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
• Prepare and review electrical shop drawings, load schedules, single-line diagrams, and other technical documents.
• Coordinate electrical works with civil, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP services.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, Dubai Municipality requirements, and relevant UAE regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of electrical works.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Prepare material submittals and coordinate with the procurement team for the required electrical materials.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical installations.
• Prepare inspection requests, technical reports, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) approval/certification as an Electrical Engineer is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience, preferably in interior fit-out and MEP projects.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, UAE authority requirements, and fit-out project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and coordinated MEP drawings.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• UAE driving licence will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
