Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Mason Worker to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for masonry, block work, plastering, concrete-related activities, and general construction works while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform block work, brickwork, plastering, and masonry activities.
• Construct walls, partitions, foundations, and other structures as per drawings and instructions.
• Mix and apply cement, mortar, concrete, and other construction materials.
• Carry out plastering, screeding, tiling preparation, and finishing works.
• Read and follow basic construction drawings and measurements.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of masonry works.
• Use hand tools and construction equipment safely and correctly.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, carpenters, steel fixers, and other workers.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and site regulations.
• Report material requirements, defects, or site issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mason Worker in construction.
• UAE/Dubai construction experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of block work, plastering, brickwork, and concrete works.
• Ability to understand basic site instructions and measurements.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
