Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to lead and manage the maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various industrial machines used in luxury interior manufacturing, a strong background in team leadership, and a passion for ensuring operational excellence. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment to guarantee uninterrupted production of our luxury interior products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Maintenance & Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all production machinery, including CNC machines, wood-processing equipment, spray booths, and other specialized tools, ensuring optimal performance at all times.
• Preventive Maintenance Program: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce downtime, increase equipment lifespan, and ensure that all machines are functioning efficiently.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex machine issues, collaborating with the production team to address disruptions promptly and maintain workflow.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to carry out repairs, follow safety protocols, and apply maintenance best practices.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
• Inventory Management: Manage the maintenance parts inventory, ensuring essential spare parts and tools are available for prompt machine repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that optimize machine performance, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs, machine upgrades, and necessary maintenance contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a maintenance management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in luxury interiors or high-end furniture production.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial machinery, including CNC machines, wood-processing equipment, and other advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Proven experience leading and developing maintenance teams, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
