AI Engineer

AI Engineer | GenAI & Agentic AI

We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on AI Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade GenAI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI solutions .

This is primarily an Individual Contributor role (hands-on development / offshore team coordination) , requiring strong expertise across GenAI, AI/ML, backend engineering, data validation, and React development .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production-ready GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions .
• Build multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack, or similar frameworks.
• Implement tool calling, contextual retrieval, memory management, and AI workflow automation.
• Develop RAG and hybrid search solutions using vector/graph databases.
• Perform data-quality validation, KPI/business-rule validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection.
• Develop scalable Python APIs/backend services and React-based AI applications .
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem .
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, guardrails, and Responsible AI practices .
• Review and coordinate technical deliverables from offshore development teams.

Good to have: n8n, Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Databricks Genie, Azure Functions, AKS, Redis, Bot Framework, API Management & Entra ID.
