Job Summary

Admiral Safety Consultants is looking for a qualified Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer to join our technical team.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant field experience, preferably in the inspection, maintenance, testing, or servicing of lifting equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of lifting equipment.
• Identify mechanical and electrical defects and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist with inspection and examination of cranes, hoists, lifting accessories, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities where required.
• Review equipment condition and identify potential safety concerns.
• Prepare accurate inspection, maintenance, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with clients and site teams during inspection and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable safety procedures, standards, and manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain proper records of inspections, tests, maintenance, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience.
• Experience with lifting equipment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of cranes, hoists, lifting accessories, and related equipment.
• Good understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work at client sites and handle field-based assignments.
• Good technical reporting and communication skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
